Seeing Spots

These remind me a whole lot of twister, except less organized. I used Zoya Snow White as a base. Then I dotted with the end of a bobbypin with Zoya Creamy and Robyn and OPI Cajun Shrimp. Top everything off with a top coat and you're set!
